Logan Construction was established in 1994 by Bill Logan who had previously served as a Director for 21 years with C.H. Runnalls Ltd, predominately working within the Government Healthcare and Education Sectors.
Logan Construction has continued this focus undertaking refurbishment and new build contracts for clients such as Queen Mary's University of London, University of East London, Kingston Hospital NHS Trust, University College of London NHS Trust to name but a few. During the past 10 years the Company has experienced controlled growth facilitated by a commitment to re-invest in the Company infrastructure via maintaining a sound financial base with no external borrowings.
On every project undertaken the Company is able to provide a highly experienced project team, directly employed Contract Managers, along with Site Supervisors and tradesmen all committed to serving and fulfilling the successful completion of projects matching the clients expectations from tender to completion. With our focus on the Education and Healthcare industry our employee's retain extensive experience that enable Logan Construction to offer a value added approach and understanding to the needs and requirements of our Clients Logan Construction prides itself on a 'can-do' attitude. The Company maintains strong relationships with a wide variety of tried and tested sub contractors that provide flexibility to service projects as and when required.
