We’re pleased to have signed contracts to deliver a Priority Schools Building Programme 2 project at Cromer Road Primary School in Barnet.
Valued at £2.6m, the scheme will see us demolish existing modular buildings and provide a new six classroom teaching block. We will also be refurbishing some of their existing classrooms to provide better teaching space and learning environment for the staff and students.
The project begins on site at the start of April and will see us deliver across six phases, with completion scheduled for autumn 2019. We will also be providing a temporary modular building for the duration of the scheme to enable the school to operate as usual throughout.
The new build classroom block will be one and two storeys in height and will be delivered using a steel frame solution and brick façade.
We’re looking forward to engaging with the School throughout, providing them with site tours and giving them an insight into careers in construction.
