The works comprised primarily of the internal alterations to form new Birthing Suites and general upgrading of ancillary accommodation
The successful completion of this project was facilitated by Logan’s understanding and knowledge of the importance to coordinate and manage timely procurement of the various packages to drive the project forward, meeting the Clients expectations.
Health & Safety along with infection control were fundamental in ensuring the surrounding Wards were kept operation whilst undertaking the refurbishment works. A robust and thorough CDM Plan was established and maintained throughout the Project.
