The work comprised of the erection of a covered link footbridge from the second floor of the Geography Building to the second floor of the Francis Bancroft building. Extensive enabling works were undertaken in both main buildings to facilitate the integration of the new link bridge.
The successful completion of this project was facilitated by Logan’s understanding and knowledge of the importance to coordinate and manage timely procurement of the various subcontractor packages to drive the project forward, meeting the Clients expectations.
A robust Construction Phase H&S Plan was implemented and managed throughout the Contract to ensure safety to all employees and QMUL personnel whilst keeping the main campus open and operational with minimal interference.
