The project entailed the reconfiguration of the lower ground male toilets, female toilets and cloak room to upgrade the facilities. Works included for the complete stip out of all partitions, ceilings, fixtures and fittings. Provision was made for new under ground drainage, with new electrical and mechanical services throughout. New cubicles, sanitaryware, flooring, ceilings, fixtures and fittings were installed throughout.
The successful completion of this project was facilitated by Logan’s understanding and knowledge of the importance to coordinate and manage timely procurement of labour and materials some of which were on extensive lead-in times. By actively managing procurement Logans were able to deliver the Project to meet the Clients expectations.
A robust H&S Construction Phase Plan was implemented and managed throughout the Contract to ensure a safe working environment was maintained within an occupied building.
