The works comprised of the internal refurbishment of house 46 – 58 Huntley Street to form accommodation for Trust employees. The works comprised of the complete strip-out of all fixtures and fittings with minor alterations to internal partitions and layout. Provisions were made for new Mechanical & Electrical services, damp proofing of basement areas and repairs to existing roofing. New finishes with fixtures and fittings to Kitchens and Bathrooms were supplied throughout.
The successful completion of this project was facilitated by Logan’s ability to work with the Client to resolve challenges as they arose throughout the Project.
