Logan Construction was established in 1994 and has experience considerable controlled growth in 14 years of trading to-date. As a Company we specialize in all areas of refurbishment and new build projects predominately for NHS Trusts and Education Facilities. With extensive experience in these fields we are able to offer a value added approach and understanding of our Clients needs and requirements.

On every project undertaken Logan’s are capable of providing a highly experienced Project Team, directly employed Contract Managers along with Site Managers and Tradesman all committed to serving and fulfilling the successful completion of Projects matching the Clients expectations from tender to successful completion.
Our ranges for tendered or negotiated projects are valued between £100,000 and £3,500,000 GBP and our financial strengths are born from a commitment to reinvestment ensuring that a sound financial base is maintained with no external borrowings.
The Company maintains strong relationships with a wide variety of tried and tested sub contractors, many of whom are specialists within the Healthcare & Education sectors. This strong supply chain enables Logan’s to provide flexibility and service on projects as and when required
