Project Duration: 68 weeks
New build and refurbishment scheme to provide new clinical facilities. The first project comprised a phased refurbishment to form an advanced Endoscopy Suite with three new procedure rooms, auxiliary areas and 12 recovery bed bays with en-suite facilities.
The successful completion of this project was driven by our extensive experience and strong management in coordinating, integrating and sequencing the construction activities of the specialist M&E requirements.
The second project was a combination of new build and refurbishment to remodel Clifden House to form a Positive Lives clinic.
The works comprised two storey and single storey new build extensions, new entrance, upgrade of complete roof, and external landscaping.
Internally we stripped out existing partitions, fittings and services to form new reception, waiting rooms, consultants rooms, treatment rooms and general office facilities. Utilising roof lights with large modern wall murals and extensive use of reflective materials gives the finished clinic a bright welcoming atmosphere.
“The endoscopy project was a phased works construction within an occupied building and required the management and integration of a high volume of M&E services including specialist A&T (Siemens) into the project. A tight program critical to the Trust delivered on time. The Positive Lives project was a mix of refurbishment and new build construction within an occupied building finished to an extremely high quality and well received by the Trust with Logan Directors being invited to attend the opening ceremony.”
