Quality through design:
The project comprises of the conversion of the existing ground floor into a Chemotherapy Day Unit.

The existing third floor involves the conversion into an outpatients unit, including alterations and extensions of the existing mechanical and electrical services and associated building works.

Works include remodelling and creation of consultation rooms, offices waiting areas, reception area, treatment rooms and WC facilities.

Collaborative working:
All works were undertaken adjacent to live and fully functioning hospital facilities and it was essential to keep disruption and noise to a minimum to ensure the smooth and successful completion of the project.

This refurbishment project was completed across two floors within a live hospital, where works were undertaken adjacent to fully functioning hospital departments. Minimal disruption was essential to ensure the comfort and well-being of the hospital’s patients.
