We are very proud to announce that we have recently transitioned our Integrated Management System from the 2008 standard to the 2015 standard with BM Trada.
The new standard, coming into force for all organisations from September 2018, provides an integrated approach and focuses on customer service, senior management involvement and the increasingly complex environments in which organisations operate.
The transition brings our 9001 and 14001 systems up to these newest levels of certification and enables us to demonstrate to our clients that we deliver the best level of quality and service.
The new standard showcases to clients that we have continual improvement at the heart of our organisation, that we seek to reduce risk and enhance opportunities and align our system to the strategic goals of the company.
Our auditor was particularly pleased with the involvement of the team in the system, commenting “The senior management team and Managing Director have been proactively involved and engaged with the process”.
We are now working towards the transition of our 18001 to the new 45001:2018, which we hope to achieve in the next 9 months.
