The satisfaction score for our handover process has declined from 92% in 2024 to 82% in 2025. This feedback is invaluable as we strive to enhance this critical stage of our projects. We are committed to analysing this decline and implementing strategies to ensure a seamless and satisfactory handover experience for our clients.
