Celebrating Success : Recognition in the Considerate Constructors Scheme

We are thrilled to share some exciting news from two of our sites!
In a remarkable achievement, we received two impressive scores from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) in 2025, resulting in our nomination for a prestigious CCS Award.
Outstanding Scores
Both site inspections, at our Northwood & Pinner site, conducted in March and September of 2025 yielded a perfect score of **45 out of 45**! This exceptional performance highlights our team’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of construction, consideration for the community and commitment to health and safety.
Additionally, our Queen Victoria Hospital project also showcased excellence, scoring **42 out of 45** during its first visit in December 2025. These scores reflect the hard work and commitment of our site teams to exceed expectations and contribute positively to their surroundings.
Acknowledgement and Celebration
Our Northwood & Pinner site will be recognised at the CCS Awards ceremony on 29th April 2026. This event will bring together industry leaders and professionals, and being nominated for an award is a tremendous honour. We invite everyone to wish us luck as we aim to showcase our hard work and achievements on this esteemed platform.
