In addition, a new flat roof was installed, complete with high-quality insulation to enhance energy efficiency. The existing metal frame of the curtain walling system was refurbished and equipped with new external wall insulation to improve thermal performance and weather resistance. These improvements not only modernised the building’s appearance but also contributed to a more sustainable and energy-efficient environment.

This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of restroom facilities located within a central London office block. The work targeted specific floors in a phased approach, starting with the 7th and 8th floors, followed by the 1st, 4th and 5th floors.

The refurbishment included the installation of new floor coverings, which were chosen for both aesthetic appeal and durability. Wall coverings were also updated to create a modern and inviting environment, while new ceilings were installed to enhance the overall ambiance of the restrooms. Additionally, the project involved the replacement of sanitary goods, ensuring that all plumbing fixtures met contemporary standards of functionality and design.

The entire refurbishment process was executed in two distinct phases, each lasting 11 weeks. This phased approach allowed for minimal disruption to the office operations and facilitated a smoother transition during the upgrades.
