Development of building to provide a world class petrology/microscope teaching room with excellent audio visual facilities.

25-28 Russell Square
Refurbishment of two listed buildings to provide upgraded facilities for staff and students.  This included new academic offices, seminar and teaching rooms, WCs, common areas and main reception.

 

KING’S COLLEGE LONDON
James Black Centre
Refurbishment of the BSU unit located at basement level.  Our works comprised the reconfiguration of the existing layout, M&E infrastructure, M&E modifications, installations at mezzanine level, ground and roof plant rooms.

Bermondsey Wing
Fast-track project of eight weeks comprising the relocation of the Viapath Labs from the South Wing Block to the Bermondsey Wing.  Associated electrical and mechanical works were also provided.

 

KINGSTON UNIVERSITY
Refurbishment of three storeys of student accommodation including student rooms, kitchens, shower rooms, toilets and corridors.  Our site was situated within a larger college housing block, which remained ‘live’ throughout the works.

 

UNIVERSITY OF EAST LONDON – ARTHUR EDWARDS BUILDING
Phased refurbishment and remodelling project.

Phase 1 involved the internal reconfiguration of the existing ground, first and second floor areas.  Through this, we created new offices, seminar rooms, lecture theatres, common areas, toilets and a canteen.
Phase 2 was for the construction of a new two storey steel frame extension and fit-out.  This enabled the University to expand their exemplary education offering.
