Pharmaceutical Warehouse Completion

Handed over to our client in February 2024, this project involved constructing a new extension that measures 1,850 square meters.

This extension is attached to an existing warehouse and includes additional office space. The extension was designed to match the architectural style and structural properties of the existing building and it features a roof terrace.  To provide access to the new build, structural openings were created within the existing warehouse.

Both the existing and new build have been fitted out with open plan offices and meeting rooms. The open plan design allows for better communication and collaboration between employees and the meeting rooms are perfect for holding client meetings and presentations.

The extension also includes a range of eco-friendly features, including new roof plant and solar panels that have been installed on the roof. These features help to reduce the building’s carbon footprint, making it more environmentally friendly.
