Benenden School

In the Summer of 2022, Benenden School employed us to carry out internal and external refurbishments on their estate. The project was to be completed before students and staff returned for the new academic year.

Benenden School is a top boarding school in Britain, catering to over 500 girls aged 11-18. Due to the school’s reputation, we aimed to deliver the highest quality of work possible.

We managed the coordination of works for several Boarding Houses, including the refurbishment of bathrooms, offices, dormitories and staff accommodation. We also upgraded the basement and made alterations to corridor ceilings and roof spaces.

Additionally, we refurbished external access roads and pedestrian pathways at the front of Echyngham House.

We started the project during the Summer Holiday and made sure to be considerate of the school staff and residential students who were still in the buildings.
