The requirements of the present-day science classroom have transformed significantly over the past few years, particularly with the advancements in modern technology. However, students are still being taught in outdated learning environments that fail to cater to the modern student’s needs or the latest curriculum changes. These traditional setups restrict curriculum change and limit the flexibility required to teach contemporary science. The classroom environment has a significant impact on how students learn. By improving laboratory design, educational standards can be raised and hopefully generate more interest in science-based subjects.
