Logan Construction has extensive experience working with specialised subcontractors and equipment providers in the healthcare sector, especially in imaging and operating theatres. These projects present similar challenges as our healthcare work. However, they require additional complexity in terms of coordinating critical MEP services, detailed building fabric sequencing and managing multiple stakeholders within the supply chain.

With the rapid developments in modern medicine and associated treatments, many new and innovative facilities have emerged.

Within our general healthcare works, we anticipated a requirement for more specialist activities and prepared accordingly. We recognise that as new specialist equipment becomes available, the need for us to focus on the successful installation and commissioning of these products is paramount. With technically advanced MEP infrastructure requirements, fully integrated teamwork is essential to meet overall objectives.

Logan can add value to the successful delivery of these bespoke challenging schemes and we have established proven relationships having completed many successful schemes with Siemens, Phillips, and GE.

Client feedback

Logan delivered this scheme through one of the most challenging time periods in the height of the Covid pandemic. We worked together to mitigate risks and ensure the workforce remained safe and the works were able to continue. Logan were with us on the front line delivering this high profile scheme which has been very well received by the clinical team. We had a very good working relationship with the construction team and regularly shared any issues that came up to talk through possible solutions to ensure information kept flowing and decisions could be made quickly.
