Research & Development

As the demand for research and development has increased, so has the requirement for greater capacity and new facilities. We have been undertaking laboratory works for many years, from research to production specific applications and are fully conversant with the associated potential issues.

Utilising our skills, we have focussed on emerging technologies and resourced our organisation to meet future specialist construction requirements. We believe that we offer a professional and dedicated service with resourceful knowledgeable teams.

Our experience within this field is inclusive of a wide variety of end-uses. This includes:

  • Wet laboratories
  • High containment laboratories
  • Specialist research and teaching laboratories
  • Clean rooms
  • Imaging facilities

Logan Construction has worked on numerous secure sites including Police Stations and the Ministry of Defence. We are very conscious of the need to reassure all those involved with secure site projects and take every precaution to ensure our direct and subcontracted resources are vigorously vetted to the compliant level.
