As part of our commitment to strategic growth and long-term sustainability, we are excited to announce several key appointments within our business, effective July 2026.

These changes are designed to strengthen our leadership structure and enhance our operational excellence.

Congratulations to our new leaders:

Simon Wildes – Head of Commercial 

Simon will oversee the Quantity Surveying team.  His leadership will enhance our commercial management, reporting and contract oversight across the organisation.

Stefan Caraba – Head of Operations

Stefan will be assuming responsibility for resource allocation and will manage the operational activities of our business. His role is crucial in ensuring we deliver effectively, safely and consistently.

Lee Anderson – Head of Special Works

Lee, who has successfully led our Special Works for a couple of years, will now have a formally defined role. He will ensure that necessary resources are dedicated to the unique needs of Special Works contracts.
