Refurbishment and extension to an existing technology block at Westcliff High School for Boys, in order to improve on their learning offering.
The new extension is single storey in height and has expanded the school’s science offering. It features a laboratory as well as a lobby area. The extension was constructed via blockwork with metsec and cladding.
The refurbishment of the technology block included full M&E works, as well as decoration and installation of a new internal lift to two technology rooms, IT suite and food technology rooms.
Works were phased to ensure delivery in compliance with the agreed critical path.
